20 years of experience in Risk Management, Finance and B2B Sales. Director in charge of Factoring operation and co-leading Optima operations and business developments. President of the Romanian Factoring Association.
Jon Gausen
30 years experience from the financial sector. He is the chairman of North Bridge AS, a diverse real estate group involved within M&A, property management and asset management. Before founding North Bridge in 2004, he gained experience from various roles involving Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank, Alfred Berg ABN Amro and DnB. He has a MBA from Cass Business School, London
Jonas Bjerg
25 years’ experience in the financial sector focusing on private equity and M&A transactions. Director of North Bridge Capital Partners, a corporate finance boutique based in London. Previous roles include managing the London office of Alfred Berg ABN AMRO which was the largest stock broking firm in the Nordic region and working as project manager with one of the largest international management consulting firms. Holds an MSc degree and an MBA.
Stelios Procopiou
A First-Class Honours graduate of Imperial College, London, a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), a holder of the Chartered Wealth Manager Qualification and Chartered Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and a CFA Charterholder and Member of the CFA Institute. He is the CFO of a multinational private equity investment group based in Cyprus, working with Next Capital since 2016.
